Our journeys do no include flights and you will have to make your own travel arrangements to and from the airport named in each programme. We will advise you as to where to book and what flights would be most appropriate for the trip you have chosen. Most people prefer to travel in company and we can put you in touch with other travellers booked on the same journey as you, so you can meet up before leaving the UK.

British Airways and Tunisair have regular scheduled flights from Gatwick and Heathrow - the flight to Tunis-carthage takes about 3 hours. Sevenair now operates the domestic flights between Tunis and other Tunisian airports (Djerba, Tozeur). Airflights, Thomsonfly, Thomas Cook and First Choice run charter flights to Monastir from London and Manchester, and to Djerba at certain times of the year.

We require you to take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance before your journey with us. Please bear in mind that in the desert we will sometimes be a day's travel or more from the nearest doctor/hospital. You might want to contact your GP prior to departure about recommended vaccinations.
